Business-purpose, property-secured finance: 1st and 2nd mortgages, bridging loans, construction and development funding, and property-secured business loans for working capital, expansion, ATO debt or consolidation. If it's secured by property and it's for a business purpose, we can usually place it.
It depends on the lender and the security, but we move quickly. You'll have an indicative answer within 24 hours, and most deals settle in 5–10 business days. Urgent bridging and caveat-style deals can be funded faster when the paperwork is ready.
Through our panel we can arrange up to around 90% LVR depending on the property, its location, the loan type and your exit strategy. Construction is typically funded to about 80% of cost. Higher leverage is available case by case where there's a clear exit.
No — everything we arrange is business-purpose finance for borrowers with an ABN or ACN and a genuine business use, which means the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (NCCP) doesn't apply. We arrange finance for investment, commercial and development purposes, never owner-occupied homes.
We generally arrange facilities from $100,000 upwards, with no firm ceiling — larger 1st-mortgage and development deals into the multi-millions are placed regularly. Terms typically run up to 36 months.
We arrange finance Australia-wide and are based in Sydney. Metro and major regional locations are straightforward; we'll tell you upfront how a particular postcode affects lender appetite and pricing.
